They Sign a Contract
Once your referral signs a construction contract with Northern Builder Co-op LLC, your reward is locked in.
You Get Paid
Your referral reward is paid within 30 days of project commencement. The bigger the project, the bigger your reward — up to $1,000.

Reward is based on the final signed contract value. No limit on the number of referrals you can submit.

Program Terms
- Referral reward is paid after the referred client signs a construction contract and the project commences.
- Reward amount is based on the final signed contract value, not estimates.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
- Referrals must be new clients not previously in contact with Northern Builder Co-op LLC.
- Reward is paid within 30 days of project commencement.
- Northern Builder Co-op LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
- Employees and subcontractors of Northern Builder Co-op LLC are not eligible.
- Referral rewards may be reportable income; consult your tax advisor.
